We’d like to extend to all of you our warmest welcome to the 27th Princeton Model Congress. You have no idea how much we are looking forward to renewing our relationship with those schools who have attended past conferences and welcoming those schools that are joining us this year for the first time. We are confident that PMC 2008 will meet and exceed the high standards set for us throughout our long history of working with you all.
This year our conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, which is located only a couple blocks from the Capitol Building. We again expect over 1200 delegates to participate in this year’s conference and will continue to maintain a personal and warm atmosphere with our 8:1 ratio of delegates to Princeton students.

There you’ll find your committee’s Background Papers to help you better understand the role your committee plays within the government; detailed rules of procedure; guidance on how to write an effective piece of legislation along with bill templates and samples; general advice on what to do/bring/wear at the conference; and much more.
